Are your teas organic?
Yes! Every ingredient is organic and real—no mystery flavors or weird fillers.

Are your teas vegan & gluten-free?
Absolutely. Every blend is plant-powered, gluten-free, dairy-free, and free from common allergens.

How long do your teas stay fresh?
Best within 6 months, but they'll stay good up to 18–24 months if you store them right (airtight container, cool/dry place, no sun).

How many servings per pouch?
About 15–20 cups per pouch. Each scoop = 1 heaping tsp.

Can I reuse the leaves for a second brew?
Totally. Steep again for a lighter second cup—especially with herbal blends.

How do I make loose leaf tea?

  1. Add 1 heaping tsp to an infuser

  2. Pour hot water (see temps below)

  3. Steep. Sip. Feel better.
    (Pro tip: steep longer or double the amount for deeper support.)

What tools do I need?
We recommend our Stainless Steel Infuser + Perfect Scoop. Simple. Reusable. No mess.

What’s the best water temp for steeping?

  • Green tea: 175–185°F

  • Herbal tea: 200°F

  • Other: Check the label or brew guide card included

Can I make it iced?
Yes. Brew it hot, then pour over ice or chill in the fridge. Cold tea = hot choice.

Should I use filtered water?
Yep. It makes a difference in taste, trust us.

How should I store my tea?
Cool, dry place. Keep it sealed and out of the sun. Your pantry > your countertop.

What if something arrives damaged?
